The Corridors offers four configurations. On paper they look like a simple ladder of sizes, but what you gain at each step is worth understanding before you decide which to search for on the resale market.

2 BHK — 1,296 sq ft

Two rooms, a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, a store or multi-purpose area, and a living-dining room. The store room is the detail people underestimate: in a flat this size it is the difference between a tidy home and one with luggage in the bedroom.

2 BHK + Study — 1,484 sq ft

The same core plan with a dedicated study. For anyone working from home even part of the week, this is the most efficient upgrade in the range — you gain a door you can close without paying for a third bedroom.

3 BHK — 1,727 sq ft

Three rooms and three bathrooms, with the living-dining area scaled up accordingly. This is the layout most families settle on, and it is consequently the one that moves fastest on resale.

3 BHK + Servant — 1,893 sq ft

Adds a servant room with its own bathroom and service balcony. Beyond live-in help, that room is genuinely flexible — a guest room, a home office, or storage that is not competing with the family's space.
